want to keep landline number on pay as you go included in newly installed full fibre contract
We had a new full fibre cable installation system installed last week with a contract that included a pay as you go phone usage and want to keep old number

@janj2 landline numbers are normally transferred when you switch isps - did ghst not happen?

Typically that needs to be notified in advance: doing so retrospectively is usually too late.
