I can't make or receive calls on my landline. I've repaced the phone, unpugged and replugged the connection and still nothing. I use the landline as a safety net as my daughter gets concerned about me receiving spam and scam calls and messages on my mobile

Any recent changes to your Sky Talk package? Is your Broadband working okay?

thank you for your reply, yes, i'm aware scammers can target many areas. Nothing new to my sky package, lndline has just stopped. My son-in-law has run the checks via my account on broadband and no issues. New landline is fully charged, but says check connection. It's been unplugged and reconnected and still says the same.

@Daniel0210 my daughter when calling my landline gets a ringing tone, but i don't have a ringtone at my end and can't make any outgoing calls

I signed up with Sky about a month ago and all has been OK until a couple of days ago, when my landline stopped working. I am a pensioner with mobility issues so really do need access to a landline (I don't have a mobile). Any helpful advice would be appreciated.
