sky talk anytime removed now have massive bill
Sky have removed the talk anytime package from my in laws landline. They did not receive a notification of this. The last bill was £130 (normally £35) and the next one is estimated to be £200. They have stopped outward calls until advance payment of the £200 is made. And advice?

Re: sky talk anytime removed now have massive bill
@Ha11 Sky will only have removed Anytime if your in-laws had requested, or they've upgraded their broadband package, or possibly renegotiated their contract. In the latter 2 cases, I suspect Pay as you Talk is the default, unless Anytime is requested.
