sky city fibre installed no landline

i just got a new sky city fibre installed yesterday but now no landline i pulled the power cable out for 60 seconds but no good.

I'd your phone plugged into your broadband Hub ? It can take 24 hours or so for activation of the phone service to complete so you may simply need to wait for a bit longer.
