My BT4600 has worked with virgin and BT and BT voip but since transferring to sky it fails to clear the call after the caller clears whether it is immeadiatly or after a period of time. I am using a sky max hub. Could it be the sky max hub is not compatible with old analogue answering machines.

Answer seems bt4600 isnt compatible so work around is to have sky voicemail and the nuisance calls monitored by sky talk sheild does the same job except you have to pay £2 a month for voicemail calls are free to it
