redirect my old landline number to my new landline number

I have recently moved and was unable to take my old land line number with me, do Sky

offer a service where if someone rings my old landline number they can intercept it and

redirect it to my new land line number?

I'm afraid not. Once the service linked to your old number is cancelled, the number reverts to the pool of unallocated numbers and Sky has no access to it
