recorded text sms messages to landline

our landline phone has rung 4x over last 24 hours ( we are with sky broadband ,landline included) ..once at 3.30 am in middle of night . Recorded message from bt sms service .....but no real message from anyone when you press 1. I rang BT but they said I had to go to sky. Its not really a ' nuisance ' call in true sense but it is driving us mad?

@clifton51  I'm not sure whay Sky can do as they can't block number, you should be able to block the number yourself depending on the phone you have or you could try blocking the number on Sky Talk shield.   https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-talk-shield-start
