If you’re not already aware the Sky Community is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.

 

If you have Sky Talk there'll be no cost for an engineer call out but as we're customers we can't send one.

 

Please provide details on what's happening? Has the line been working up til now? Any recent changes to your subscription/set up?
