panasonic phone just says check phone line.
Meant to change from evening and weekends offer as most businesses closed evening and m,ost not there weekends, so just want a landline , change over meant to be on the 20th. (Gary on complaints said he would sort it personally). Had no phone service since saturday am. Last call incoming 9.30 am approx Sat. 18th. Own Mobile staying as is, meant to be running via wifi ....no calls in or out either. (Not sky) I need an engineer to come out but cannot phone them.

I rang using a friends phone. Engineer booked for next Monday
