not got my new phone line yet?

Igot new package TV deAL BROADBAND,  NEW  Telephone line but still do not have the telephone line should have had it on the 12 may not very happy .

Is your broadband up and running? Is your Sky Hub plugged into an Openreach master phone socket?  Or do you have a separate fibre optic cable to your home?
