moved from talktalk to sky full fibre and now my landline wont receive incoming calls

Moved from talktalk (traditional phone line) to sky superfast broadband.  Now my landline phone wont receive incoming calls.  It gets an automated voice saying 'cant receive incoming calls'.  

outgoing calls work fine. Broadband is working fine

When was your Sky service activated? Is your phone plugged into your broadband Hub?

It went live on Wednesday 27th Dec, and phone line is plugged into phone socket on back of router.

outgoing calls seem to work ok

I just reset a few things.  unplugged power, cables etc..   now seems to be working......  unless of course someone from Sky saw this thread and has changed something to make it work 😉

Looks like your reset has resolved it. Sky wouldn't know who you are from a forum post.
