landline not making or receiving calls. Sky Max Hub. I have checked setup.

Thanks. Unfortunately no change. Hub was activated on 09/10/24.

Sky's advice is to call, but if you wish we can ask ther messaging team to contact you here tomorrow so that you can report it via a private online chat.
