landline has been changed to wifi ,now phone does not work

MY STREET HAS BEEN UPGRADED TO WIFI AND HARDWIRE LANDLINE REMOVED ,SO MY PHONE DOES NOT WORK

If your broadband hub has a voice light on it that is lit then your phone line needs to be plugged into the back of it.

Can you explain this please? Do you mean you now have a separate fibre optic cable to your home?
