landline dead no incoming call or outgoing calls, i think my phone as been blocked
i missed a phone call from NHS. they lrft a message so i had to ring121 to lhere the call then asked for me to enter my code i entered a code whitch was wrong so i tryed again and a gain then i was told my phone would be blocked and to get in touch. so my landline phone stopped working my mobilephone is working and is ok.we can not use the house phone whitch we use a lot of the time the doctors and medica people use it to ring me up i am disable person on motability . i need my landline phone back working

I don't know of a landline 121 service offered by Sky. To retrieve a landline Voicemail message you would dial 1571.
So I'm baffled, sorry.

I too have never heard of the feature you mention being provided by Sky. Could this be a feature provided by the actual phone handset provider?
These are the additional features provided by Sky and there is no 121 feature
