i need help phone landline i not working

My landline is not working at all and the handset is stating "check phone line".

My broadband is working perfectly. I have tried several phones and still can't get it to work.

 

Who do I report this to, thanks

later i found a 0333 number tto phone -- and its was confirmed fault on external line. openreach due to  fix it
