home phone not working. been told to contact sky
Home phone not working. Been told to contact sky to resolve. Only got resolve ways through payment but payment isn't due until next week and there is no pending payment so another issue but I can't find a way to do it. All is plugged in and light is green.

And when you call Sky on 150, are you put through to an adviser, or do you hear a recorded message? If so, what does it say?

I'm really not happy. Apparently the home phone has been temporarily restricted when I try to dial out. I have not been able to use the home phone since last week. No one is helping. I called yesterday and was told to reset the sky box. I had wasted 40 minutes in a ridiculous circle of trying to speak to someone but your useless query identification system doesn't understand English and tried to put me through to billing. Your guy yesterday said I just need to say 'speak to someone'. I did that and it said what is your problem and tried again to put me through to billing which is not the problem as payment isn't due until tomorrow. I had to go to work and leave the problem so couldn't resolve it yesterday and have had to ring back today and having reset the sky box am now waiting for the guy to ring back as I will literally scream if I have to try and get through again. It doesn't understand an English accent so it is beyond frustrating. Your colleague today said he would ring me back and hasn't. All I can do is try to dial out and it immediately puts me through to sky. Apparently there's an engineer coming. I know nothing about when that's happening or why it is going wrong. I don't want to pay for a service that I am not receiving. Surely you should inform your customers of problems? We upgraded to fibreoptic but on a daily basis several times a day when I am on my own online at home, I still get a 'you have an unstable connection' and there is no improvement in the service. We pay a lot for sky and its below par. I don't want excuses, I want it to be sorted. I want compensation for this as no one from sky is in contact and I can't wait all day to fix it.
