full fibre landline just installed

when will my old copper connection be removed. At moment got 2 lines from pole

I suspect Openreach don't plan to remove it.

@Pensioner1  As a service it will already be removed when your fibre went live.

 

Openreach don't remove any old cables.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

The current minimal scrap copper value of an individual telephone drop cable makes it uneconomical for Openreach to routinely remove them.
