Hi, I'm puzzeld each month by the cost of landline to landline calls. I pay to get one hour calls evening and weekends. But each month there will a couple of evening calls, of under one hour that I'm charged for, for example my most frequently called number, most are free but one at 18.18 on a Wednseday for 38 minutes was charged £3.99. Why? And if I don't notice the time a one hour and 30 seconds call to the same number cost £13.05, it seems very steep.
I end up paying more for a few calls than for the rest of the service.
I guess I'll be better off cancelling as soon my contract ends and getting a mobile to keep at home

Inclusive evening and weekend calls start at 7.00pm not 6.00pm.
If you go over the one hour inclusive limit you're charged for the whole length of the call, at 22p per minute.
