cant receive calls or make calls no dial tone on phone, broadband not very fast

my broadband is very slow ive done the checks online but didnt help,these problems have only just started over the last three weeks my phone has no dial tone so cannot make calls

See if you can run this line test to see if a fault is found outside of your property and if something is found you can book an engineer repair, ignore the fact it says it will test your broadband as it will check both your phone and broadband connections:

hi its says there is a problem with my broadband then tries to fix but doesnt work ,it also says there is no problems with my line but im still not getting a dial tone what should i do next?

If you have the means, give Sky a call to report it. Otherwise we can flag your post to Sky, if you wish, and a Community zdvoser may be able to help via the online messaging service. Note it's not a chat service and responses from Sky probably won't be immediate.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

After speaking with tomtom52 we accessed the account and following the troubleshooting steps they had already tried online, we were able to book an Openreach engineer to resolve the issue.
