There are additional charges for premium rate services and overseas numbers did you call one of them?

It sounds like you have pay as you talk on your package so to add a package call Sky for free on 150 as they will be able to talk through what packages there are.

@JOHN496 there are four packages you can choose from, as follows:

Sky Talk Anytime Extra (£16pm),

Sky Talk Evenings & Weekends Extra (£8pm),

Sky Talk International Extra (£18pm) and

Sky Pay as you Talk (PAYT), with no monthly charge.

The default is the Pay as you Talk package where calls are an expensive 27p per minute.
