Wrong telephone number assigned to my house phone
Because of my medical condition at the time I didn't have the ability to get my phone back to it's original number. I now feel much more able to have this information checked out and corrected. I need customer service operator help to do this.

@lost do you mean you didn't ask to keep your number at the time you switched to Sky? How long ago was this?
