Wrong landline number transferred

I recently transferred my broadband and landline services to Sky.  The broadband is working fine, but my landline number was not transferred correctly. When I check my account details on the Sky app, I see a different landline number instead of my existing one.

 

What's happening.  Try to contact Sky but no respone.  PLEASE HELP.

That suggests that either you didn't ask to keep your number, or Sky were unable to port it from your old provider.
