I'm concerned about being able to make and receive phone calls in the house after the digital switchover, as reception in our house - and in our area - is so dreadful at the moment that I can't take or make mobile calls indoors, I have to use the landline. And reception in our village in West Sussex is so patchy that the signal drops out all the time if I'm on a call outdoors. What will happen about this?

Find out moreSo far as I'm aware, Sky haven't yet published their plans for switching existing landline customers over to internet calls (the digital phone service). They may include provision for those customers in your position. Openreach aim to complete the switchover in 2027.

Thank you Mark. I thought what Openreach are doing covered everyone. I'll just wait to hear from Sky then!
