It's incorporated in your Broadband subscription. If you don't make calls on your landline phone make sure you're on the Sky Pay As You Talk tariff whereby if you make no calls they'll be no call charges.

Note that 'line rental' is required for broadband: it pays for the optical or copper data bearer circuit, and is typically now part of the monthly broadband cost but may be listed separately on billing for historical reasons.

 

Online advice to 'cancel an unused landline to save money' is therefore not usually correct: as @Daniel0210 indicates, it's an unused inclusive calls subscription add-on which should be checked for and cancelled.
