Which phones work best with full fibre

Which phone handsets work best with full fibre. The Panasonic remote phones I am currently using run down very quickly, and Panasonic told me they are not designed to work with the internat.

Any standard analogue phone or cordless DECT phone will work.

Panasonic are probably thinking you need an IP phone, but for Sky's internet calling service you don't.

I suspect the batteries in your Panasonic phone are past their best, which is why they run down quickly. That's quite likely, if you keep your phone on the charging station all the time. Better to place the phone on its charger overnight only.

Thank you Mark. I have always had this battery problem with these phones. I bought them when I upgraded to Sky Superfast as my old analoge phones no longer worked. I now have a set of 3 remote phones, which I only charge when they are running down. As I said, I called Panasonic about it soon after I bought them, and the technician said he was pleased they worked with digital broadband, but they were notdesigned for it.

Something of a red herring: there's absolutely no need for them to be 'designed' for such use.  As far as the handsets are concerned they have no idea they are plugged into an internet router.
