Out of the blue, now when the landline phone rings in the flat above our phone rings. We hear a clicking noise until they answer the phone and then we hear them faintly in the background. Our phone keeps ringing until they answer. Any advice? Thanks.

Two working days is the Openreach target time so not a guarantee.
This link explains auto compensation for when there is a total loss of your Sky Broadband or Sky Talk. I'm not sure if yours is a total loss?

If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full WORKING days from when you first report the fault to Sky, you will become eligible for it. It’s applied 30 days after the fault has been repaired and will come in the form of a credit appearing on your account.
