What is my landline tariff for Superfast Broadband contract?

I took out Sky Superfast broadband in February and today , 22 April, I plugged a phone into the router and it receives calls. My contract didn't mention  landline service charges. Is this Sky Talk or Wifi calling only or somethine else? Do I have to pay to phone Ukraine? Thanks.

@Atabalak  You can check what talk plan you are on via my account, under the broadband & talk tab or in your bills.

As for calling overseas you can find the information on the charges in the link below.

If you are unsure you can give Sky a call on 150 and they will be able to give you more information.

You can't have Sky Broadband without Sky Talk, without knowing what Talk package you are on if you don't plan to make any calls at all then you could call Sky on the free 150 number and ask them to change your Talk packahe to the Pay as you Talk one meaning any call you do make will be chargeable.

I'll have to phone Sky tomorrow and see if calls to Ukraine are free as well.

As @Highlinder indicates, customers are supposed to interpret that to understand the service is provided 'free', but calls made using it are charged per minute.  Feel 'free' to complain to Sky how misleading it is to present billing information in this way.

Calls to Sky Customer Services from your Sky Talk landline are really 'free'.
