We don’t have a dial tone and are unable to make or receive calls

We can't make or receive any calls with our land line. We don't have any dial tone.

Are you a new customer to Sky, if so does your broadband hub have a voice light on it that is lit up because if it does you need to plug your telephone cable into the back of this by your phones to work.
