Want to email sky my landline not working and can't access my account with my Sky app

Landline not working TV and Broadband ok locked out of my Sky app in a mess 

How can I email sky directly to costumer Services

Sky don't use email as a general communication method. In relation to your landline not working please provide more information and also what you've already tried.

If you haven't got a mobile that you could use to call Sky on you could use Twitter to contact them about your landline issue.
