Voip not working after upgrade to full fibre

Hi there, i had my sky superfast upgraded earlier today to fttp.  Openreach engineer set up everything and all confirmed working.  Internet is working fine but the voip light is off on hub.  My package includes sky talk which i do not pay for but just pay if i make any calls.  Does it take a day or so for voip to become active? If i call my landline number from mobile it says temporarily unavailable then the number you have dialled has not been recognised.  Many thanks

It can take up to 24 hours for the phone service to be activated.
