Hello, we had full fibre line fitted some months ago but if someone rings up and leaves a voicemail it is just a high pitched tone.

Does your monthly bill from Sky include the charge for Voicemail?

I thought it would be same as it was, someone rings up if we are out and leaves a message.

Voiemail isn't turned on by default, because it's a charged-for service. Give Sky a call on 150 (from your landline) to activate it.
