I have had constant issues with the VOIP element of our system not working. Today the light is orange again and the statis says "Voice Disconnected". I have re-booted the hub on several occasions and nothing works. An internet search returned "The right hand light is for the voice service and on occasions you can have a green internet light and an amber voice light and not have an internet connection which happens because tge hub is connected to the exchnage line but a fault in the Sky server managing your connection is stopping traffic" Could this be an external fault? How can I get it resolved. Its literally been years! Thanks

If it doesn't detect a fault, it's best reported to Sky. We can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can report it via a private online chat, if you wish?

Done that. Says no fault other than missing mini boxes (which always happens tbf after resetting until they are turned on again). Internet remained connected but no voice. I then say a post saying unplug from the incoming line only somtried that. The phones re-connected and I thought all was good, but having then checked the internet, that had dropped off! After a while, internet connected and phones dropped off again! We are now In the process of yet another router re-start...!
