Last November, we changed ISP from PlusNet to Sky, with hugely improved results. However, when my wife dielaled 1571 this morning after a missed telephone-call, she was told that our voioce-mail was no longer active. How do we revive it ?,

There are two versions of voice mail provided by Sky - both carry an additional monthly fee.
Standard voice mail is £2 and voice mail plus £2.50 - I assume you are paying for one of these?

The recorded message is actually "Your voice-mail is turned off. Please contact Sky to get it turned back on."

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@paieye Give Sky a call and they should be able to turn it back on for you. Just dial 150 and listen through the voice prompts.
