Hi, i upgraded my sky pay as you talk to sky talk anytime extra as my mobile can not make calls. I was told that the package would active immediately to use, so i made a call 0345 number and i have been charged for it, but i have to assume this as i can't see my itemised bill. As I'm a full time carer for my disabled partner this money i will be charged is a lot of money to us and i upgraded my call package to save money not spend more. Is there any where I can complain about this?

Calls to 03xx numbers are included in the Anytime package, providing they last no more than 60 minutes.

Hi, thanks for the response. The issue is that ive been charged for 0345 number, even though the customer service representative said that my sky talk anytime extra would be active and I could make calls.

Yes, I understood that from your first post. I was asking what problem you're having with seeing your bill online?

It's a future bill, so it's not itemised.
