Upgraded to full fibre, phone line not working

Upgraded to full fibre on 23/10/24, but the phone line has not been working since then.

 

"Check phone line" displayed on the handset.

Voice is lit and in green

Cable connected from phone to the back of router plug into UK phone port

 

Spoke to sky customer service, 24/10/24, advised that some issues on the openreach end.

 

Close to 48hrs now since upgrading still no phone line, is this normal?

Try restarting your Hub first, by switching off at the plug for 30 seconds or so.

We've seen delays with activation of the phone service reported before, when upgrading to full fibre, usually 24/48 hours. If it's longer than that, I'd suggest checking in again with Sky.
