Upgraded to 150 & can’t receive calls from non sky numbers

Hi,

Last week I upgraded to fibre 150 as my contract was up for renewal. New hub arrived so I connected it all up. The broadband is great. However I have had an issue with sky talk and a week later it is still not resolved. I have spoken to sky every day and tried different things but I am getting increasingly frustrated!  The phone works if I make a call. Sky can phone me on the landline & so can a mobile if it is on the sky network. No other calls get through. There is no message, just nothing. 
I have unplugged everything for over an hour to reset the line.
The cables have been checked & all positioned correctly - the phone is plugged into the hub not the socket 

I have turned off/reset the router & hub

I have bought a new phone even though there is nothing wrong with the old one!

Openreach have tested the line & says it's all fine

I have received another new hub & cables which I plugged in yesterday but still no change.

I don't have any call blocking on and I don't have sky talk shield activated

I know I can call out, but I have an elderly relative who will only phone a landline & she can't get through to me

Please please can someone help?
