Unable to use landline phone since having full fibre
We have had full fibre and on the router there is a phone connection but this doesn't work with our phone please help, my husband needs incoming calls from the hospital

@Andrea471 you should now have a digital phone linecrather than the old amalogue service so can you confirm that the phone is plugged into the socket on the back of the Sky hub not into your old phone sockets?

@Andrea471 In addition to @Chrisee reply, when did your Full Fibre go live? It can take a day or 2 for your line to go active after your Full Fibre activation.
