I have been unable to make or receive calls on my landline for a few days now. After my phone started to make 'white noise' I decided to repaced it. I have unplugged and replugged the new phone, used a different microfilter, and still I can't receive or make any calls. I can see that a number of people have this issue; can it be resolved with some urgency please?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreFirst thing to try is the connection test here even if your broadband is working normally.
If it doesn't detect a fault, you'll need to report it to Sky. We can ask their messaging, team to contact you here so thay you can do that, if you wish.

I have tested my broadband and that is working fine. Can someone escalate my issue here or do I need to contact someone?

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
