Unable to receive calls to landline. Tried to ring my landline from my mobile phone, but it keeps saying the landline is engaged when it isn't. Have been trying all day - no good.
Have attempted to reboot the router, turned everything on/off twice, but still get the same outcome...engaged tone.
(The phone works okay when trying to make an outbound call.)
Can someone help please?
