Unable to receive incoming calls on the landline following FTTP install
Hi,
I have had FTTP installed today and now I cannot receive incoming calls on the landline
My DECT handset is plugged directly in to the back of the new router
The router has the green light on for Voice
I have rebooted both devices 5 times and re-tested, to no avail.
Any advice please?
Thanks

Re: Unable to receive incoming calls on the landline following FTTP install
It can take up to 24 hours for the phone service to complete activation. I'd suggest leaving it until tomorrow morning, then restarting your broadband Hub by switching off at the plug for 30 seconds or so. If you still have an incomplete service then, please post back and we'll try to get you some help with it.
