I am unable to make or receive calls on my landline, I do not have internet calls, I have followed the fault diagnosis from Sky without success, I do have an annalog phone and there is no dialing tone, the message on my Gigaset phones all say " please check phone connection" which I have

Thank you I have just checked and it states there is an outage in my area affecting Talk. Guess it's just a matter of time before it gets fixed
