I have been unable to make or receive calls on my landline since 18/10/2024. My internet is working fine just the issues with the call. It does says there is an outage in my area on the sky website but this should be rectified in a couple of days but now over a week. I called someone yesterday but they where no help, just was constantly quoting the error message on the website and could not advise on a timeline of when it will be rectified. Any suggestions?
