Hi, I recieve callas ok on our sky landline and broadband working fine but i am unable to make a outside call. Have checked all wiring, tested phone etc as guided by Sky but still unable make a call. Could this be a outside wiring issue as other day BT lads were up the local telephone poles and since then ptoblems. Who is responsible for checking if they have damaged a wire connection ?

Hi, have called SKY help dept on my mobile and they conducted a test on the line which showed no faults but they have booked a engineer to visit us this friday pm and carry out further checks etc. This has happened once before when BT had played around on our tel pole and when after several calls by me to ask them to check connections etc as no one believed me and had got a bit grumpy like victor meldew......turned out to be a certain wire connection issue and sorted. Fingers crossed for friday
