I have tried to access the list of numbers that have called me. It just brings up the error message 'try again later'. I have been trying for the past 4 days. Why is it not working ?

I have also been trying to access numbers called via Sky Talk Shield on MySky app and get the message "Whoops there is an error.... try again later. ". I also tried via the website and got the same message. I thought it was only me that this was happening to.
