@Dotty1957 this is explained in the Synapptic manual but selectvthe wifi settings in the menu choose the third item to show a list of wifi networks then select the option for your new Sky hub then you will be asked to enter the passcode which is printed on the label on the hub and hooefully it should connect. If you have poor sight you may need someone to help..
