Tried ringing number for when people don't have mobile signal so that our landline isn't switch off
Rang the number quoted on recent email because we don't have a mobile signal and need our landline but all we got was a foreign gentleman who kept telling us to phone back when we had a better 'mobile signal' no help at all, I doubt that he understood the problem either. Can anyone please help as we are both pensioners and need the landline.

Have you been sent a letter about your Sky talk landline, if so what does it say ?
