Transferring a landline from Eir to Sky
Hi we have recently transferred from Eir to Sky. We were reassured that our landline would transfer seamlessly but unfortunately that is not the case. We have had fake reassurances that all would be solved by this & that & by them & those.
Is it possible to get an email address to get this sorted once & for all.

Re: Transferring a landline from Eir to Sky
Sky don't use email for general communication. Certainly in the UK Sky don't guarantee a landline number transfer.
You may need to contact Sky Ireland again on Monday (I don't think they are open over the weekend).

@Thomas115 ultimately it may not be possible to transfer your number.

ISPs really shouldn't offer any such guarantee.
