I am wondering who I have to contact, due to the awful weather we have been having a massive tree in my elderly neighbours garden has fallen and taken a bunch of what I think are phone lines down with it, however some of these are ontop of my car thats on the driveway. I'm unsure of how safe or unsafe these wires are !
Do I contact sky or open reach or my local authority ?
