The telephone does not ring, the broadband connection is fine. If you ring from a mobile, the mobile rings once and cuts off with call ended. Have checked all connections. If you ring from the landline it does ring your mobile. Any thoughts?

It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
