You don't seem to have completed your post. If the wire is hanging dangerously you can contact Openreach direct (presuming you're in the UK). If it's not dangerous call Sky and arrange an engineer to repair.

Finally got through and they say an engineer is coming in 2 working days .Roofers accidently broke it and contacted sky 2 weeks ago and no one came they've made it safe .

That is Openreach's advertised target time but not a guarantee. Hopefully it's a quick and easy repair.
